Robert Walters - Finance Business Partner - Permanent - Dudley (hybrid working)

Our client, is looking for a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of operations, providing valuable insights that drive strategic decisions. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to develop budgets and forecasts that align with company goals. You'll analyse financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Location: Dudley (hybrid working)
Contract hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner

* You will be responsible for providing financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making
* You will collaborate with various teams to develop budgets and financial forecasts
* You will analyse financial data and present findings to senior management
* You will identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
* You will ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
* You will contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures

Key essentials of the Finance Business Partner

* Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
* You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
* You have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across the business
* You demonstrate strong commitment to professional ethics and regulatory compliance
