We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Finance Business Partner to join a Not for Profit, Accounting & Finance team in Salford.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Finance Business Partnerwill include, but may not be limited to;

  • Develop and implement effective financial planning, reporting and analysis strategies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Provide insightful financial data to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and systems.
  • Provide financial input and advice on strategic initiatives.
  • Support the finance team in various ad hoc tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Not for Profit and Charities background.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Part qualified Accountancy.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
