My client is seeking a Finance Business Partner with a strong focus on financial management and analytics, to join their Accounting & Finance team in the industrial/manufacturing sector in Broxbourne.

Description
- Manage financial operations and reporting
- Perform business analysis to support decision-making
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Provide insights on financial planning and budgeting
- Participate in special projects related to financial management
- Drive process improvements in finance-related areas
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Proficiency in financial management and business analytics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Experience in strategic planning and budgeting
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools
Job Offer
- An annual salary up to £65,000
- 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays and your birthday day off
