Finance Business Partner
NXTGEN have a brilliant position for a Finance Business Partner to join a their ever growing business and one that offers endless opportunity to progress and develop. This is an ideal role for those with an inquisitive mind who enjoy getting out into the business, working closely with the senior management teams. As Finance Business Partner, you will take leadership in the review of operational performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost saving and increased productivity. This will include presenting core financial data and utilising this to influence a range of key business decisions. As Finance Business Partner you can also expect to play an important part in assisting the Finance Manager in delivering objectives to the wider team.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Delivery of month end management reports
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for relevant business units
- Provide insight on financial performance vs plan
- Provide commercial analyst to operational team
- Assist and support year end audit
The successful candidate will ideally be a part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with prior experience gained in a fast paced environment as well as having experience business partnering with senior stakeholders being a advantageous. You will be confident analysing large volumes of data and will be comfortable using financial models. It is expected that the successful candidate will need to travel on occasions, so candidates will need to hold a full driving license. In addition the company will support you in your continued studied if required and provide any relevant training if needed.
The salary on offer for this role is available dependant on experience and qualification.
