Description

The key responsibilities of aFinance Business Partnerwill include, but may not be limited to;

• Provide support in the formulation of strategic financial plans.
• Carry out comprehensive financial analysis to support decision making.
• Collaborate with financial team members to drive financial initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and management.
• Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
• Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the Not For Profit sector's rules, regulations and best practices.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit and Charities sector.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software.
• Ability to commute to Greater Manchester.
