Description
The key responsibilities of aFinance Business Partnerwill include, but may not be limited to;
- Provide support in the formulation of strategic financial plans.
- Carry out comprehensive financial analysis to support decision making.
- Collaborate with financial team members to drive financial initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and management.
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the Not For Profit sector's rules, regulations and best practices.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit and Charities sector.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software.
- Ability to commute to Greater Manchester.
