Finance Business Partner

Search are excited to be working with a privately owned high growth organisation who are in the search for a highly commercial fiance professional to join their high performing finance team. This is a great opportunity for an individual with excellent financial modelling, business partnering and commercial insight capabilities to add value and influence in decision making activities.

You'll be progressive and qualified with an ambition to leave a legacy within the business, you'll have strong working knowledge of the three financial statements, alongside being able to produce a set of budgets and forecasts. The perfect candidate will be a ACCA/ACA qualified accountant with relevant industry based commercial finance experience and looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the quarterly budgeting and forecasting
• Leading on all FP&A activities
• Creating robust financial models
• Implementing new processes and streamlining current processes
• Business partnering with non finance stakeholders
• Ability to communicate and influence strategic decision making with non finance representatives
• Any Ad-hoc requests from the CFO

Person:

• ACA/ACCA qualified, with industry based commercial experience
• Strong excel skills, including the creation of financial models and dashboards
• Highly communicative and the ability to convey complex ideas with non finance professionals
• Progressive and ambitious to grow quickly within a role/ business
• Agile and able to prioritise work loads well
