Finance Business Partner

Overview

A high-growth services business based in Sutton Coldfield are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Business Partner to jump in and take ownership of two multi-million pound contracts.

Working closely with senior management and directly supporting the Finance Director of your business area in a high profile role, you will provide accurate, meaningful and insightful information (to include sales & margin analysis, detailed business analysis and management information, forecasting and commentary, budget management, etc.) to adequately support and facilitate operational decision-making at a strategic level for this complex and fast-paced business.

There will be elements of month-end, but only enough to ensure you have eyes and ears on the success of these contracts. You will also be supported by a high performing Part-Qualified team who will look to you for guidance and knowledge.

This role will see you work closely with the Divisional Directors and play a key role in the strategic decisions, gaining excellent exposure and recognition across the business as a result.

What is required;

• Be Qualified by ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• The experience is non-negotiable! You must have business partnering experience within a busy and fast-paced organisation, preferably in a contract lead environment.
• Have exposure across the wider group and the business, providing financial support of a commercial nature to non-finance people, with proven experience of provision of insightful and detailed finance analysis
• Be happy to work autonomously and under pressure. This will be demonstrated through your previous experience.

• This role is Birmingham based, however, they have a very refreshing and flexible approach to hybrid working. The offices are there to use at your disposal, but you can choose to venture there as little as one day per month.
