Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide financial guidance and support
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
  • Evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimise financial outcomes
  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial performance

Key essentials of the Finance Business Partner:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Excellent communication
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential
