Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner, Woking, to £65k base + Good Bonus + Hybrid + Bens incl Parking

This dynamic, fast-paced and rapidly growing business is recruiting for a qualified Finance Business Partner. This newly created role will provide financial planning and support to the Head of Commercial Finance, the FD and the SLT. This position will be ideal for someone with a strong background in financial reporting and a passion for adding value and for driving business forward through robust financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities will include:

Conducting monthly reviews of actuals versus budget and forecast with account managers.

Preparing consolidated forecasts for monthly board meetings.

Supporting ad hoc forecasting and financial business reviews.

Facilitating the annual financial budget setting process.

Developing new external client contract budgets and models.

Updating rate cards for costing new business and track statutory increases for clients.

Estimating corporate tax instalments and manage statutory reporting for a couple of subsidiaries.

Reporting leasing details to the overseas parent company.

Enhancing automation of the financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

Implementing new management reporting systems to provide improved business and finance information.

Collaborating with Fleet Management and HR to improve various processes.

About you:

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant with PQE.

Advanced Excel skills (INDEX MATCH, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOTS, CHARTS).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to articulate clear and precise messages, add influence and co-pilot with the commercial sales teams.

Desirable Experience:

Proven experience with budgets and forecasts.

Previous experience in stakeholder management.

Familiarity with system implementations.
