Finance Business Partner

Business partnering is integral to the success of a business continuing to move forward and progress. The days of being a bookish accountant, where value add was secondary to the reason for the role are long gone.

This role offers outstanding scope for someone to grow and develop with a business that has gone from strength to strength over the past few years and has burning ambition to continue this momentum.

The role will be varied and duties will include;

• Profitability analysis of core customers and product lines in order to assist with product costing
• Producing weekly trading report reviewing performance by customer and product
• Trend analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Scenario modelling
• Presenting findings
• Assisting with month end processes
• System review and improvement

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant - those closing on qualification will also be considered - with exemplary communication skills and a desire to forge meaningful relationships with stakeholders.

If you have trained in a large firm and want to move into a commercially focused position then this could be the role for you but someone with experience working in industry looking to push on could also be suited to the role.

You will be mentored and developed on to the next stage of your career working closely with the SLT who have proven experience in developing their team and this business has a proven track record of developing first time movers.
