Finance Business Partner

CMA Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a FTSE 250 internationally operating business in Hampshire, to recruit a forward thinking and adaptable Finance Business Partner for a newly created role.

The Finance Business Partner will provide financial support and advice to the to growing entity.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Build forecasts and budgets whilst also gathering qualitative narrative around risks and opportunities. Ensure forecasting models built or utilised are robust and accurate;
• Produce accurate management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow, KPIs, Capex) in line with the financial accounting standards and the relevant accounting policies;
• Participate in the financial review of bids challenging cost assumptions, margins, cashflow, risk, position to win and ensuring appropriate governance is applied in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA or qualified by significant experience;
• Experience in producing monthly, year end and forecasting information for a significant size business unit;
• Strong Excel skills and experience in the use of Hyperion reporting software and SAP is an advantage.
