About the Finance Business Partner role

• Financial controlling responsibility on a multi-brand scope for the business division
• Be a key business partner of the division by providing insightful reports and analysis to support decision making and by challenging the departments when needed using smart benchmark & market analysis.
• Identify business risks & opportunities and alert or give constructive advice to business managers
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives and processes' improvement
• Ensure Group rules' compliance and appropriate usage of Company's assets.

Key responsibilities

• Strong interaction with the Teams of the Shared Services (Operations, Finance, HR, IT) and third-party logistics provider.
• Support to the UK CFO and Head of controlling.
• Strong interaction with the international teams.
• Participate in monthly meetings
• Budget & Strategic Plan
• Monthly Closing / Reporting
• Business Analysis
• Internal Control and IT

Person profile

• CIMA, ACCA, ACA Qualified
• At least 5-year experience in a similar position within an international group, preferably in FMCG, retail, luxury business.
• Interest in retail & consumer as an industry
• Autonomous, organised, Self-motivated
• Analytical mind
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to the changing environment and business needs
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, team player
• Excellent stakeholder manager
