Finance Business Partner

Your new company
You will be joining the division of a large International group. This company is well established and has received a number of accolades in recent years for its products. As they continue to invest in their finance team, an important role has become available to support Operations across the EMEA region.

Your new role
Your role will be focused on delivering key reporting for the regions which will see you look after both the month end, balance sheet and journal activities as well as leading the conversation with the Operations team; partnering, challenging and coming up with solutions to enable business growth. You'll spend some time on the ERP system but equally you'll work on financial models in Excel. Whilst the role is titles business partner, it sits almost as a "mini finance manager" for the region so a hands on approach is really important and you are guaranteed to never have a dull moment!

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification, you should be able to evidence a broad skillet across all areas of finance. Experience within a small to medium firm where you have been "hands on" will make a big difference in helping you transition to this role. Most importantly is the ability to quickly build relationships, challenge were appropriate and be a true partner to drive business growth with the commercial teams.
