Finance Business Partner

Fin Search are recruiting a Commercial Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis for a market leading organisation based in Bradford.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home each week.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be reporting in to the Finance Director, responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of month end reporting, detailed commentary and budgets and forecasts in order to aid and enhance decision making.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, reviewing month end, delivering regular forecasts and budgets with analysis, explanation of variance analysis to stakeholders, profitability and cash flow modelling whilst ensuring the monthly report is delivered accurately and to deadlines.

This role is also responsible for the staff management of two finance analysts to include their training and development and the review of work.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
• Have worked in a relevant role previously
• Have strong stakeholder management skills
