Finance Business Partner – Doncaster – up to £45,000

Chase & Holland excited to be working with a well-respected, established business who are at the forefront of their market and are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to be part of their great team. Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, this role is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a well-known business, who are constantly growing and are a reputable employer in the area.

Finance Business Partner Responsibilities:
  • Partnering the manufacturing team, working with stakeholders to drive performance
  • Review, interrogate and drive financial performance, understanding what’s good/ bad
  • Provide financial challenge, support, and insight to various budget holders
  • Provide financial analysis, learning and recommendations to support with business decisions
  • Financial modelling – what if analysis, scenario planning, business cases and ROI
  • Budget management and forecasting
  • Play a key part in supporting operational and strategic decision making through generating key insights from financial and non-financial information to inform business action plans

Required Skills & Experience:
  • CIMA or ACCA - Finalist Studier or Qualified
  • Solid commercial Finance or Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced business, ideally in a business partnering role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely across finance and non-finance teams
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Flexible, dynamic individual, able to manage own workload and changing demand
  • Career minded and driven individual who is keen to grow with a business
