As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Your responsibilities as the Finance Business Partner will include:
  • Manage month-end routines within the Finance function and handle adhoc tasks.
  • Support the business with reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure accurate accounting and reporting activity.
  • Prepare monthly Gross Profit results for relevant areas of finance.
  • Take ownership of key balance sheet elements, including inventory and debtors.
  • Provide weekly reporting of key programme and  business metrics.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of program contract performance (both historical and forecast).
  • Drive forecast, budget, and 5-year plan processes.
  • Generate monthly reports for the business.

To be considered for the role of Finance Business Partner you will need:
  • A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
