Morgan McKinley are partnering with one of the world's leading port operators and network, to recruit a Business Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. Diving into Europe-wide business units, crafting financial plans, revamping financial processes and supporting the company's growth initiatives. Your expertise in business analysis along with a strong finance grounding, will stand you in good stead to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders. Embrace challenges, drive change and unlock your potential!

  • Provide analysis and reporting to Europe-wide business units, supporting development initiatives.
  • Contribute to management reports, offering informed recommendations aligned with business strategy.
  • Engage in development programmes to enhance technical and competency requirements.
  • Collaborate across business units, delivering key work streams and continuous learning.
  • Travel to other UK sites as needed for project support.

Experience Required:

  • Educated to Degree level in Finance, Accounting, Business or relevant discipline.
  • Experience working in a finance function, with financial planning and project management expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.

*Please note this is an office based role with occasional travel to UK sites required*
