Are you an experienced Asset Finance Broker looking for that next step? We’re recruiting an accomplished, passionate person to join our client, an independent Finance company based in Towcester.

In this fully remote role, you'll be joining an organisation that specialises in providing finance to support business growth, in a wide range of industry sectors including Motorsport, Construction, Transportation and Agriculture.

The Role

As an Asset Finance Broker, you’ll be generating growth through a portfolio of clients and an existing database of customers, researching and prospecting businesses in need of financial support. You'll quote, pitch & close your customers, working to generate more financial opportunities.

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone with a positive, charismatic attitude and good energy levels. You'll need to have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving can-do mindset. The right candidate will have a passion for Sales, be organised, confident and have great attention to detail.

Sales experience is a must, especially in B2B sales. You'll need to have demonstratable experience working deals through, opening and closing business and handling a portfolio of clients.
