Finance Assistant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for an interim Finance Assistant, working for a busy and flexible business based in Somerset - With parking & hybrid working.

This is a temporary contract is for an initial period of 3 months.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months (circa)

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)

Working hours - Full time is 35 hours per week, with flexible times and hybrid working

You will use your skills to:

• Process invoices into the system - Accounts payable ledger
• Process invoices into the system - Accounts receivable ledger
• Matching PO numbers
• Assisting with supplier queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Nominal coding
• Additional ad-hoc financial duties to support the team

Requiredexperience/background:

• Previous experience in a similar position maintaining either AP or AR ledger
• Team player
• High attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Excellent organisational skills
• Willing to learn
• Pro-active attitude
