A surging charity organisation in London are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis for up to six months which could be made permanent. The ideal candidate will have strong sales & purchase ledger experience, as well as experience using a PO system. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Fortnightly payment run and answering of business and supplier queries on a timely basis. 
  • Day-to-day invoice administration of the purchase and sales ledgers, including use of a PO system and No PO, No Pay process.
  • Cash book maintenance, utilising intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s). 
  • Preparation of biweekly payment runs.
  • Management of Accounts email box. 
  • Dealing with queries from staff at all levels of the organisation 
  • Resolving supplier and customer disputes 
  • Follow processes and help ensure that they are up to date, spotting potential improvements where you can

This is a hybrid opportunity, 35 hours per week, with a minimum three days in the office, of which one must be their team day (Tuesday). Please apply for this exciting opportunity at your earliest opportunity.
