Are you a detail-oriented Finance Assistant specialising in transactional finance?
If so, Cedar are working with a thriving Financial Services business seeking a talented individual to join their busy team and specialise in accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Group Financial Function, ensuring precise accounting for Group Entities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain access financial ledgers
- Raise invoices, manage credit control.
- Handle client queries and credit notes.
- Process invoices, maintain registers.
- Code and document invoices accurately.
- Allocate cash receipts, direct debit payments.
- Manage refunds and credit card analysis.
- Review staff expenses for payroll.
- Manage timesheets for timely approval.
- Assist in year-end audit queries
- Attend meetings as required.
Professional Qualities: Essential
- Good academic background
- Advanced finance software skills, Access preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Proactive in process improvement
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
