An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a leading global leading organisation. This role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 and is based in the Manchester Area. What you'll do:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play an integral role within the finance team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with various finance roles and processes such as debt ledger processes, monthly project invoicing, purchase ledger and project set up management. You will also be involved in credit control functions where you will post receipts, issue statements and participate in debt meetings. Additionally, you will administer the PO management system ensuring all relevant documentation is completed for new clients. Your role will also involve managing project setup including opportunity review and enquiry setup. Providing support to billing during the invoicing cycle will also be part of your remit. Lastly, you will review and authorise expense claims as well as carry out daily and month end bank reconciliations.

What you bring:
The ideal Finance Assistant candidate will bring previous accounts experience to this role. They will possess excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to adapt their communication styles to suit different audiences. Strong interpersonal skills are a must for this role along with first class organisation/prioritisation and multi-tasking skills. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent attention to detail skills.
