NXTGEN have a unique opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a very successful team on a 12 month FTC as a Finance Assistant. As a Finance Assistant you will join a fasted paced environment where you will have exposure to to a wide variety of responsibilities. The role is ideally suited for someone who is looking to continue their career in Finance with a business that has a reputation of developing their employees career's. Although this is a 12 month FTC the positions has the possibility of becoming a perm role. Due to the nature of the position I am ideally looking to speak with those on short notice or 4 weeks max. This is a great position and will offer a very flexible working environment with 4 days working from home and 1 in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payables; reviewing and posting invoices. Preparing payment runs.
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Reviewing and posting expenses, analysing for accruals and recharges.
  • Preparation of journals
  • Sales ledger and Credit control
  • Complete end of month close procedures.
  • Supporting Ledger analysis

The successful candidate - You will need to have prior experience working within a similar role, You will also need to be enthusiastic about your career with great organisational skills and an eye for detail.
