My client who I have placed with before is looking for an additional person to support them day to day in their office. This would suit someone who thrives off variety but wants to be able to switch off also. Read on to find out more
Office / Finance Administrator - reason for role to help backfill some of the finance day to day duties and support FC to help facilitate moving into a more operational overseeing of company. There is plenty of set-up for Financials that I want to implement into the business.
Main Duties - the Role will be split between finance (60%) and operational support admin, spreadsheets, analysis, and tracking to support FC in implementing new structure and processes to match the growth of the company.
*Posting of daily bank receipts / payments.
*Bank Recs
*Assist in Payables Ledger
*Monitor Accounts Email
*Corporate Credit Cards - postings & reconciling
*Assist in new Employee expenses system process
*Journal postings
*Assist with Balance sheet recs
*Weekly cash forecasts
*P&L analysis - and reporting to FC
Non Finance related
*Annual Holiday Planner - maintain and update as required.
*Equipment Hire - Admin support for equipment on hire - Liaise with internal & external to track equipment, and plan equipment being issued.
*Raise / Track PO's.
*Ad-Hoc reporting & Support to FC / Ops Manager.
This is a developing role, varied and evolving as we move forward with the business.
