Finance Assistant
This role as a Finance Assistant will involve maintaining, processing, and recording the financial transactions of the company with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. The role is based in Runcorn, in a dynamic industrial/manufacturing setting, where you will be working as a key member of the Accounting & Finance team.

Description
- Manage and maintain financial records with accuracy
- Process invoices, receipts, payments and other financial transactions
- Support the accounting department in financial operations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Participate in financial audits and assist in the resolution of audit findings
- Perform administrative duties as required
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- An educational background in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Strong organisational and time management skills
