A fantastic, award winning design consultancy are on the search for a bright and keen to develop finance assistant to join their dynamic finance team.

Working closely with a Management Accountant you will have full ownership of the multiple APinboxes for their London and global offices like LA & NY along with the opportunity to create financial reports.

Responsibilities - Finance Assistant

• Ownership of 6 APinboxes
• Posting journals
• Preparing bi-weekly payment runs for all entities
• Assisting the MA with intercompany posting, reconciliations and generating billings
• Assisting with VAT return checks & ensuring compliance
• Adhering to strict month end deadlines
• Assistance with year-end audit
• Other ad hoc analysis and reporting as required

The Person - Finance Assistant

• Self starter with a pro-active approach
• Strong communication skills in order to confidently talk to staff of different seniority levels and stakeholders
• Proven bookkeeping experience and accounts payable management
• Experience working in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment is highly advantageous
• Previous experience working in creative services is highly desirable
