Finance Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for numbers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our well established client within the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the finance team in day-to-day activities, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense management.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Conduct various reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar finance role or similar
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning and development.

This is a temporary role initially, but could offer a permanent opportunity for right person.

Full time hours are Mon-Thur 7:30AM-4:30PM and Fri 7:30AM-12:30 NOON ( Part time or flexible hours considered).

Rate from £12.00PH
