We are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant to join a thriving business based towards the Mansfield area. This is a great opportunity to join a busy department where you will be involved in the day to day transactional duties. This is an office based role, covering maternity leave.
Responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices
Updating with transactions and payments
Reconciling the bank accounts
Calculating and approving credit card expenses
Processing weekly payrolls and pulling through reports
Inter-company account reconciliations
Credit control reporting and analysis
General finance administration duties
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience within a finance function
Good communication skills at all levels
Strong IT, with a good working knowledge of excel
Team player
Ability to organise and prioritise workload
Able to work to deadlines
