A fantastic experiential agency are on the search for finance assistant to work closely with a Finance Director and support with the end to end transactional accounts from accounts payable to month end.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate coding and approval of invoices
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial processes

What we're looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Previous experience in transactional finance
• Previous experience working for creative services is a highly desired advantage
