Finance Assistant / BookKeeper
Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper - St Albans
Remote - circa 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday preferred)
We are looking to speak to finance professionals with experience using modern book-keeping and accounting platforms, ideally Xero and Dext to support the in-house to perform the following key tasks:
- Prepare weekly payment runs and billing cycles.
- bank reconciliations.
- Some light touch credit control via email.
- Finance administration.
- Prepare monthly accounts.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal).
- Experience working in a professional services environment is preferred but not essential).
- Xero accounting software experience.
Whilst the above outlines the basic responsibilities of the role, there is an opportunity for the right person to undertake further work and projects to support business performance.
