I'm working with a fantastic charity in East Belfast working to make our local spaces beautiful. They have multiple funding streams and are an integral part of our communities. They have some fantastic initiatives based around our environment, including addressing textile waste, marine litter and tackling plastic. They are a fantastic, modern organisation offering a four-day work week and hybrid working options, valuing work-life balance across the field.
Your new role
You will be working with a fantastic professional services team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance and Admin. From a finance perspective, you will be reporting on management accounts, cashflow and budget, preparing for audit, overseeing the purchase and sales ledger process, assisting with month and year end and payroll processing.
On the administration side, you will be supporting with IT requirements, maintaining a preferred supplier list, maintaining the fixed assets register and generally supporting where required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified accounts technician
- Experience working with Sage 50
- Experience processing journals, accruals, income and expenditure
What you'll get in return

- 4-day work week
- Hybrid (two days from home, two in office)
- Permanent
