Pure are delighted to be exclusively partnered with this exciting brand based in Norfolk, to appoint a Finance Analyst to join their team, based North of Norwich.

This successful, well respected business have multiple UK sites and boast a worldwide reputation. This newly created role will play an integral part of the finance function and service the wider business in the continuing transformation of systems and reporting in organising and managing data to support their manufacturing and operational efficiency.

You will business partner with various departments and be responsible for identifying and assisting with data management, reporting and improvement of data provision and analysis in all areas.

This is an opportunity that offers scope for progression and you will work closely with the site finance lead. It is a unique and varied position that will suit an individual from an accounting background who has a flair for systems, manipulating data and is commercially minded.

The ideal candidate:

Part or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) desirable
Advanced Excel, ideally Power BI skills
Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey data insights and recommendations to team members and management
Proactive and agile problem solver
