We are in search of a skilled Finance Analyst at the finalist stage to aid the growth of our client's dynamic accounts department and drive the journey of expansion. This role presents significant responsibilities and avenues for professional development, tailored for an ambitious individual poised for success.

Collaborating closely with the Finance Manager, you will embark on a fulfilling journey split between Financial Reporting and Management Accounting. This entails overseeing fixed assets, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, and aiding in the preparation of statutory accounts alongside the management accounts pack and detailed Profit & Loss production. Your role will be pivotal in upholding the accuracy and integrity of financial data while empowering management with strategic insights derived from your analyses.

Skills needed

• Demonstrate eagerness and a keenness for learning and embracing new challenges.
• Hold ACCA/CIMA finalist status or an equivalent qualification, showcasing a solid grasp of management accounting principles.
• Possess adept interpersonal skills to thrive in an operational finance role and effectively engage with non-financial stakeholders.
• Previous experience within the manufacturing sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
