Finance Analyst

Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a globally operating Manufacturing business, based in Andover, in their search for a Finance Analyst on a 12-month FTC.

Salary £40-50,000 + benefits
Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst include:

• Ownership of the input of rates into SAP (materials, packaging), standard costs and transfer prices during budgeting process.
• Run and continuously improve budgeting and financial forecasting processes, specifically indicative costs and allocation of central and manufacturing costs to products.
• Ownership of monthly performance reporting to Group 
• Manage processes for product costings and Suppliers SAP master data changes.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial and business performance reporting and analysis in a timely manner in line with the FP&A requirements.
• Business Partner directly with the business stakeholders

Key Skills and Experience of the Finance Analyst include:

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing businesses essential
• Strong SAP experience 
• Experience in financial planning and analysis area
• Working knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, controlling and finance operations
