Blackwaters is recruiting a Finance Analyst role for a PE backed Manufacturer in Pinxton. Salary up to £70,000.

Are you a newly qualified accountant looking for your first move into industry?

The business is in a great position, with a healthy balance sheet and yoy growth. We are looking for someone with a hand-on attitude and work with a small but growing finance team. This is a newly created role to upskill the finance team.

Responsibilities -

  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting process: P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, proposing and developing improvements.
  • To be an integral member of the finance team providing decision support analysis.
  • Monitor specific complex areas of the balance sheet to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Supporting the CFO and board by providing robust and accurate financial and management reporting.
  • Support Long Range Plan preparation.
  • Review financial controls recommending and implement appropriate changes.
