Finance Analyst

Morgan McKinley London are delighted to be partnering with a Tech start up business to recruit a Part Qualified Finance Analyst on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses,
• and cash flow projections.
• Analyse financial data, trends, and variances to identify areas of improvement and opportunity.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needsand provide analytical support for business initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliancewith regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by reconciling accounts and reviewing transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
• Monitor and control expenses against budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
• collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
