This Finance Analyst role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to apply their analytical skills within a team in the property management sector. Description

  • Analyse financial data and create financial models for decisionsupport.

  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.

  • Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes.

  • Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.

  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.

  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

  • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.

Profile

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create models and reports
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Property experience is desirable
