Finance Analyst
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to contribute to the company's financial planning and budgeting processes. The successful candidate will have the ability to work closely with various department leaders, providing financial insights and reports to aid in decision-making.

My client is a successful organisation based in Crick who have an immediate requirement to recruit a professional Finance Analyst into the team. This position has become available due to an internal promotion.
Description
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identify financial status by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- Part-Qualified CIMA/ACCA/Qualified by experience
- in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Analyst.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
