I am delighted to continue adding great talent to my client’s growing finance department. They are a superb Lloyd’s of London Broker located in the heart of the City. Insurance experience, particularly Broking, is required to be considered for the role.

The role predominantly entails:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day financial activities
  • Delivering wide ranging services with a focus on data entry to month end close periods
  • Management accounts
  • VAT returns
  • Department administration
  • Liaising with and answering queries raised by internal staff or external clients

Skills & Knowledge

  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft excel skills and working with financial software/applications
  • Accurate and strong attention to detail ability to deal effectively with financial documentation
  • Actively working towards professional qualifications
  • Team player and willing to work flexibly and assist colleagues as required
  • Organised and able to prioritise/re-prioritise due to constantly changing circumstances
