Senior Finance Analyst (12-MONTH FTC)

£55,000-£60,000 p.a.

Hybrid, London

We are currently working with a leading professional services firm in central London looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst for their corporate accounting team.

You will manage and assist with the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities and consolidation of the group reporting to the Head of the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the creation and presentation of monthly and quarterly reports for key stakeholders
  • Support the Managers in the business planning cycle, providing detailed financial modeling and analysis for the strategic/business plan as well as budget/forecasts of the group
  • Participate in the quarterly re-forecasting process, encompassing the development of billings and revenue forecasts, direct cost forecasts, as well as indirect and group operating costs
  • Develop and construct the staff cost model, examining KPIs and variances to budget narrative
  • Prepare and maintain the Group Consolidation model and consolidated accounting

Minimum Requirements:

  • Accounting Qualification (ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA)
  • Prior experience in a similar role in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, business planning
  • UK GAAP/ IFRS knowledge
  • Good Excel skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
