iMultiply are working in partnership with a fantastic Lanarkshire based business in the service industry to recruit a Finance Administrator for a 6-12 month interim role. The role is paying a competitive hourly rate & has hybrid working options, as well as the scope for permanency.

The Role
As an Finance Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of invoices for sales and purchase ledger, expense claims, and other financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process a high volume of invoices for both purchase and sales ledger
  • Prepare payment runs
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update databases accordingly

To be considered for the opportunity you must have the following experience:

  • Experience in a fast paced finance function
  • Strong experience with high volume invoice processing
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
