The main purpose of the role is to support the Finance Manager with all administrative requirements within the department. To apply you must be used to working in a busy environment and can communicate fluently with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Responsibilities;

-Process payments received

-Process weekly payments

-Daily Bank Management

-Month end processes including bank reconciliation

-Assist with Fleet Coordination

-Assist with Payroll

Attributes;

-Excellent organisational skills

-Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team

-Excellent customer service skills

-Ability to prioritise workloads to meet agreed deadlines

-Flexible approach to work

Hours - 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08.30am - 5pm and Friday 08.30am - 4pm
