FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our fast-growing client based in the Wirral. Our client provides a new perspective on financial planning and their aim is to make a difference to their clients lives.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW:

  • Salary is in the region of £26-£30K PA DOE.
  • Hybrid working - after probationary period (usually at least two days in the office)
  • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.

A SNAPSHOT OF THE FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR'S DAY:

  • Act as first point of contact for clients supporting queries from both new and existing client's.
  • Taking ownership for all tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring all planned work is on time.
  • Keep up to date and accurate records of Adviser charges and ensure they match Client agreements
  • Keep an accurate record of new client leads.
  • Process of new business and servicing changes on Provider platforms and update on CRM system.
  • Produce and package full Client meeting packs for prospect client meetings and ensure new Client packs are available for each designated and allocated Adviser
  • Assist with opening, scanning and distribution of incoming post. Processing of external post to meet pre-advised cut off time
  • Produce and maintain updated POD reports of current service cases for advisors where needed.
  • Assist with general hospitability- ensuring Boardrooms and Client Meeting rooms are fully stocked with refreshments, kept tidy and are secure.

This role reports directly to the Office Manager.

  • Experience working within a Financial planning/Financial Adviser's is ESSENTIAL.
  • Strong Administration skills with High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with Microsoft word, Excel and power point at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to orginise and prioritise own work load.
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong negotiation skills.
