A surging organisation in London are seeking a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have basic sales & purchase ledger experience, as well as supplier query resolution skills and general admin. This role provides collaborative support to other departments and a flexible, positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • General admin tasks for the finance and other departments
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Monitoring a joint finance email account 
  • Dealing with supplier queries over the phone or email

Desirable - experience working on the below systems;  

  • Xero
  • Zahara
  • Salesforce

Experience required & personal attributes:

  • Experience working in a busy fast-paced finance department
  • Previously worked with accounting systems
  • Flexible, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and a completer finisher.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work well across functions.
