Finance Administrator
A surging organisation in London are seeking a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have basic sales & purchase ledger experience, as well as supplier query resolution skills and general admin. This role provides collaborative support to other departments and a flexible, positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Raising sales invoices
- Processing purchase invoices
- General admin tasks for the finance and other departments
- Updating spreadsheets
- Maintaining customer records
- Monitoring a joint finance email account
- Dealing with supplier queries over the phone or email
Desirable - experience working on the below systems;
- Xero
- Zahara
- Salesforce
Experience required & personal attributes:
- Experience working in a busy fast-paced finance department
- Previously worked with accounting systems
- Flexible, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a completer finisher.
- Collaborative, with the ability to work well across functions.
