Hourly rate: £12.50 p/h

Working hours 9:00am to 5:00pm

Main Responsibilities of the Finance Admini role:

  • Running reports.
  • MS Excel.
  • Processing refunds.
  • Using multiple software platforms.
  • Downloading files from portal.
  • Calculate percentage of refund due to customers.
  • Checking customer data.
  • Dealing with payment queries from customers
  • Processing payments via telephone and online
  • Allocating payments from remittances
  • Paying in of cheques and process banking
  • Processing of refunds
  • Working knowledge of procurement functions
  • Able to understand & respect the importance of confidentiality, both within & outside the workplace

The title finance administrator may also be known as a finance assistant or accounts assistant
