Finance /Accounts Administrator
Location: Avonmouth

Salary: Circa up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday either 08.30 - 5.00 pm or 09.00 am - 5.30 pm (40 hours per week).

Parking available on site.

Role Overview:

The Finance Administrator plays a vital role in the finance team, managing supplier transactions, coordinating purchase orders, and building relationships with suppliers and customers. You'll support finance operations through various tasks including ledger postings, reconciliations, and project assistance, contributing to financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Purchase Ledger Postings and Reconciliations
  • Coordinate Goods Received and Purchase Orders
  • Handle Manufacturer Accounts
  • Build Customer and Supplier Relationships
  • Credit Control
  • Support Operational and Finance Team Projects
  • Handle Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks

Who We're Looking For:
  • GCSE in Maths and English (minimum grade C); A Level or Accountancy qualification preferred
  • Experience in a finance role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and communication skills
  • Independent and team-oriented work ethic
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage workloads effectively
