Finance & Accounting Manager

I am working with a local company who are searching for a Finance Manager to join their team.

Customer satisfaction has been at the forefront of their business since 2002, providing high quality products to the area they operate in.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day to day running of the finance function within the business.

• Managing the Finance function and team - team of 3
• Responsible for the Management Accounts including, accruals, prepayments, journals and bank reconciliations
• Preparing accurate financial reports and statements
• Managing the Cash flow forecast and budget process - reporting to the Director.
• Responsible for developing relationships with stakeholders - audit
• Overseeing the Accounts Payable / Receivable / Credit Control function
• Performing analysis on market trends
• Ability to delegate tasks to team members
• Develop long term business strategies
• Payroll
• Ad-hoc duties

Must Have:

• Sage 200 experience
• Able to manage a team whilst ensuring the full finance function is running smoothly
