Key Accountabilities
To pro-actively assist the pre-lit teams with a variety of tasks including:

  • Monitoring MOJ Portal
  • Monitoring inboxes
  • Maintaining, reviewing and actioning spreadsheets
  • Completing new claim actions
  • Actioning CRU post and ownership of CRU tasks
  • Completing chaser tasks on files to support the claims handlers via telephone and email
  • Raising low value payments
  • Assisting with training as and when required
  • Onboarding run-off work on various projects
  • Undertaking appropriate additional tasks provided by the Team Leader/DBUD
  • Maintain accurate data on relevant case management system
  • Comply with set client SLA’s
  • Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard

Working Hours
Enjoy a 35-hour workweek over 5 days, with the option to work from home 4 days a week

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • We’re seeking someone with 12 months of relevant admin or claims support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel are essential.
  • Your ability to manage volume workloads and provide exceptional client care will make you a valuable asset to our team.
