Field Support Technician - £25 - £38k - London

An opportunity has arisen for a London-based Field IT Support Technician. The role is to provide dedicated onsite technical support to clients in the London and surrounding areas.

Suitable candidates should be extremely customer service focused and experienced ICT support professionals with experience in:

  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Cloud based productivity suite administration (O365, G-Suite)
  • Software and image deployment
  • Deskside support and some server-side support
  • Active Directory management
  • General PC hardware maintenance
  • Printer, projector and interactive white board maintenance
  • Wireless and network troubleshooting
  • Change management
  • Asset management
  • ITIL Service Desk operations

Duties Will Include:

  • Engagement with our Service Desk and London based Management Teams to facilitate the delivery of first class ICT managed support services to our London based clients
  • Resolve service calls within the contracted SLA’s.
  • Provide users with first and second line technical assistance and report service issues in accordance with our Service Desk policies.
  • Promote a pro-active 'can do’ attitude, working individually and also as part of a wider support team.
  • Providing onsite support visits when required and directed.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and promote the company’s reputation.
  • Assist with project work as directed by the Technical Operations department.
